As an artist selling online can be trying at times. As buyers we look at feedback to help us locate the right item. I do this when I'm researching a product to buy.
It's a little sad for me when I get negative feedback. I just logged in to my Amazon Seller account and saw I had one. I've responded back that I'll fix the item. We'll see what happens. I do try to make each customer happy! If it needs to be repaired, I'll be more than happy to fix it.
So now my Amazon account is "At-Risk" with this one negative feedback. I'm not sure what will happen next.
